By accessing or using the site and any related services for professional video operation, live signal management, content distribution, camera work and high-quality media feeds, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them you must stop using the site immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version of the terms.

Eligibility and permitted use

The site and services are intended for professional users and organisations based in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions where such access is lawful. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind any organisation you represent. Permitted use is limited to legitimate business purposes connected with news broadcasting and television production. You may not use the services for any personal, consumer or non-commercial purpose without prior written agreement from glamzelo.

Prohibited conduct

You must not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site or services, introduce malware, scrape content at scale, reverse-engineer any software, or use the feeds for unlawful surveillance or broadcast without appropriate rights. glamzelo aims to maintain reliable access to media feeds but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The company may modify, suspend or terminate access at any time for maintenance, legal compliance or commercial reasons. You may stop using the site at any time. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

Disclaimers subject to mandatory consumer law

Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date

If any provision is found to be unenforceable it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary.
